VHF Contesting is an area that I have not been involved with in my near 20 years on the airwaves.  Thanks to KD5IKG and KA5D for helping me get started I particpated for the first time in the June VHF Contest with some borrowed antennas, I made 25 QRP contacts in my first outing.

While blogging does seem fairly dated with social media being king, most of us tend to post our content on many of the various social media platforms, I wanted a place for myself to share what I was doing in the world of Amateur Radio.  I don't expect a lot of hits on this site, it does give me a place to share what I am doing in the hobby to an audience that might not otherwise follow me on social media.
